1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ivanna Fontana website and the "Create You" service ("Service"), operated by Ivanna Fontana ("we", "us", "our") with contact email info@ivannafontana.com.

2. Payments

Payments for the Service are processed by Stripe, Inc. or its applicable regional affiliates. Ivanna Fontana is the seller of record and is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST in accordance with the law of your jurisdiction. Stripe handles secure card processing on our behalf.

3. The Service

Create You is a personal AI styling service in which you upload your own photographs and receive 6–10 styled portrait images intended for personal and professional use (e.g. LinkedIn, pitch decks, dating profiles). Output images are typically delivered within 48 hours.

4. Acceptable use

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You may only upload photographs of yourself, or photographs you have explicit permission to upload and have styled.
• You may not upload images of minors, explicit or NSFW content, content depicting other identifiable individuals without consent, or content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• You may not use the Service to impersonate another person or to create deceptive or defamatory imagery.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate the Service at our discretion if these rules are violated, and may withhold or refund payment as appropriate.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights in the photographs you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, modify, and deliver styled images derived from your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Delivered styled images are licensed to you for personal and professional use. We will not publicly display your uploaded photos or delivered images without your written permission.

6. Service warranties and limitations

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any specific creative outcome, likeness accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who breaches these Terms, with or without notice.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
