Refund Policy

1. Our promise

We want you to be happy with your Create You delivery. If something is wrong with what you received, we'll work with you to make it right.

2. 14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if:

• Your styled images have not yet been delivered, or
• The delivered images have a clear quality defect (e.g. corrupted files, wrong likeness, materially different from the brief you submitted).

3. How to request a refund

Email info@ivannafontana.comfrom the address used to place the order, including your transaction ID and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

4. How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through our payment processor, Stripe, back to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Out of scope

• Subjective dissatisfaction with creative interpretation after delivery, when the images match the brief.
• Orders where the input photos did not meet the published guidelines (visible face, even lighting, multiple angles, no group photos, no heavy filters) and were used despite that.
• Requests outside the 14-day window.

We will still consider exceptional cases on a good-faith basis.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We almost always prefer to resolve the issue directly.
